Laura Kruitwagen

Laura advises, contracts and litigates within the civil real estate practice with a special focus on tenancy law.

Laura works in the civil real estate practice and focuses on (advising and litigating on) area development, project development, construction law and sale/purchase of real estate. Laura has extensive experience in litigating and advising on tenancy law, both in the field of commercial, office and residential property. Laura also deals with franchise law; often in relation to tenancy law. Laura also has extensive experience in the field of leasehold law and flat law.

Laura has registered the following areas of law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Netherlands Bar Association:

• Real estate law / Construction law
• Rental law

This registration obliges her to earn ten training points in each registered area of law each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.

Laura obtained her Master’s degree in private law at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam. In the same year, she was sworn in as a lawyer and worked for a large law firm in the field of general real estate and professional liability.

Laura completed the Grotius course in Real Estate Law in 2018 (cum laude). Laura is a member of the Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers and FRESH and is also author of the publication Vastgoedrecht van Kluwer.
